Head of Talent Acquisition

Recruiting, Employer Branding + Young Talents - I am happy to work together with 25 exceptional colleagues to "deliver" the talents needed to continue the success story of the Bank of the people of Zurich.

In a highly competitive labor market, we develop strategies to win banking and IT professionals with unconventional moves.

In times of empty labor markets recruiting alone is not enough. I am lucky to have a great team that is driving one of best young talent organizations in Switzerland. 400+ school leaver and graduates start their professional careers with us.

Both teams, Recruiting and Young Talents, are supported by a small but creative Employer Branding unit.

This "Trinity of Talent Acquisition" delivers the basis of the bank's future success.

  • Managed growth from 3.200 to nearly 8.000 employees in 3 years

  • Increased the number of incoming applications more than 40% p.a.

  • Developed the #ChangeMakers Employer Branding Positioning with very limited resources

  • SocialMedia activities of @straumannjobs with successful accounts on #Twitter, #Facebook, #Instagram, #Pinterest, and more.

  • Managed International Graduate Program - accompany many unique talents as a coach and mentor.

2015-2016: Helping amazing HR Tech to market

Textkernel BV:

Business Development Director DACH

  • Acquiring new and serve existing clients for Textkernel’s AI + machine learning solutions.

  • Managing Implementation projects with customers of all sizes and industries

  • Establishing lasting relationships to consulting and software partners as Taleo, SuccesFactors, Oracle, Umantis and many others.

  • Develop and execute on- and offline marketing and sponsoring strategy


2012-2015: Insurance goes Social Media

Baloise Group:

Head of Recruiting + Employer Branding

  • Delivering innovative employer branding and recruiting strategy

  • Recruiting initiatives, career events & HR public relations

  • Responsible for Baloise Trainee Programs (Insurance + General)

  • Selection and steering of external and internal service providers

  • Preside Baloise Social Media Advisory Board
