Jeff Bullas is writing an excellent Marketing Blog where I find many inspirations also for Employer Branding and Recrutiment Marketing. The Bible of CD delivers strict commandments to limit every outbreak of creativity and to avoid pics or videos of staff members.
Unfortunately ,exactly these "outbreaks" are what defines your Employer Brand. It´s the imperfect, very human, very humorous face of a company which makes it attractive. So it´s worth to step into the discussion with your Branding colleagues and fight for your Humanized Employer Brand.
