Finding: Roles in Recruitment and what they are about

I was asked these days about the difference between a recruiter and a sourcer. It´s obviously, I thought, but after all it took me some words to explain it. Yesterday I found in my Feedly a helpful post about this in the Harver Blog. Heather Bates delivered a good overview about the different roles in a TA team.
